Queried SQL Server until the time came to create custom dashboards and automated reports using JMP/SAS. Customization allowed great flexibility and much more efficient processing of data. Data Analysis included SPC, Cp/Cpk, Mean, Std Dev.

Measurement and Continuous Improvement is the key. ROI, UX, QA Testing, Multivariate Testing, SEO, PPC, etc... All require well defined KPI's and someone who can parse data and make the correct decisions. That's me (UCI, UBC).
